Millennium UPS caters to our customers by providing affordable maintenance service packages for all critical power components. We package our service plans at three levels as they are the most common, however every facility and need is different. We can provide a customized service plan that will support you and your emergency power infrastructure no matter what your requirements are. MILLENNIUM UPS CRITICAL POWER MAINTENANCE SERVICE PLANS

 CRITICAL PLUS

  • Appropriate for mission critical environments that require maximum protection. This service level offers complete UPS coverage. All UPS components included in coverage along with 24/7 emergency phone service and a 4-6 hour response time by a qualified field service technician. Maintenance inspections conducted during regular & after hours and weekends (excludes holidays). Batteries and capacitors carry their own warranty and full replacements are not warrantied unless negotiated as part of the contract.

 

CRITICAL

  • This service level is ideal for business environments that need a high level of equipment security without full parts coverage. UPS components that have failed or defective will be identified and replaced by a qualified field service technician at locked in billable rates. Minor corrective measures can be addressed during maintenance inspection not exceeding 1 hour of additional labor. 24/7 emergency phone service and a 4-6 hour response time by a field service engineer is included. Maintenance inspections conducted Monday through Friday during regular or after hours only (excludes weekends & holidays).

ELITE

  • This is an economical service level for 8x5 services. Parts and PM Service will be addressed during Normal business hours. Repairs or corrective measures will be conducted for an additional charge by a qualified field service technician at current billable rates. 24/7 emergency phone service is included as well as a 24 hour or less response time, Monday-Friday, and excluding all legal holidays. Minor corrective measures can be addressed during maintenance inspection not exceeding 1 hour of additional labor by field service technician. Maintenance inspections conducted during regular business hours only (excludes after hours, weekends, and holidays).

BATTERY MAINTENANCE SERVICE

  • Battery maintenance inspection is included with all of our Critical Power Service Levels or as a stand alone service. Battery maintenance service visits includes cleaning and removal of any post corrosion, re-torque as specified, Midtronics or Alber testing, and a warranty as outlined by the battery manufacturer. This warranty will be extended and honored following the first service visit if all manufacturer environmental and maintenance conditions have been met.

Thermography Infrared Imaging

Millennium UPS offers Thermal Infrared scanning in addition to our preventative maintenance inspections. Our customers receive a thorough FLIR thermal scanning of their critical power equipment as part of our standard service. We take prevention to the next level by offering this to our customers so that potential problems can be alleviated before disaster strikes. Loose power connections are the most common fault discovered, however failing components also can be detected before they fail. FLIR E5 Thermal cameras let you see the whole picture instantly. And they capture thousands of temperature measurements in every image, even from a distance, making them safer to use especially when diagnosing electrical problems on energized equipment.

Battery Recycling Program

Millennium UPS is committed to doing our part in protecting the environment. In most cases, battery manufacturers recommend replacement after 48-60 months of service. Once a VRLA battery has reached its end of life period, it requires both replacement and proper recycling. Millennium UPS offers a comprehensive solution when performing this replacement so as to deliver the used batteries to a government approved EPA facility. Our services include complete removal and clean-up of all acid and hazardous materials left behind by the decayed batteries. Battery cables and cabinets or racks can also be removed if they are no longer needed. This service is free to the public in an effort to maintain responsibility for keeping our environment clean and safe.

Emergency Response Service

Millennium UPS provides 24/7 support every day of the year, including holidays. All of our customers receive priority including non-customers which will receive the same professional and complete service when you need us the most. Once our customers notifies us of a potential problem with the critical power equipment, a technical support team member will work out the details of the alarm condition or circumstance so as to stabilize power to your critical load. In most cases the problem can be resolved over the phone, however if this is not the case, a qualified field service technician will be dispatched to the location to determine the root cause and get the system back into operation in as little time as possible. Our rates are very affordable and competitive compared to other service providers. We pride ourselves on the level of customer service that we deliver from start to finish.
