Millennium UPS was founded in 2010 by senior UPS technicians who understand our clients’ expectations. Millennium Quality Policy
Millennium UPS is committed to meeting our clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations by continuing to improve our services as outlined by the ISO 9001 quality management system requirements. To accomplish this, Millennium UPS makes the following undertaking:
- To identify what parts of the quality management system are deficient and what needs updating.
- To introduce the concept of a corrective action request to all staff and begin the process of continuous improvement and monitoring of the business process.
- To develop a consistency of purpose that embraces the concept of quality management in all areas of Millennium UPS’s operations with the aim of delivering quality and practical solutions to our customers.
The management team of Millennium UPS is committed to the adoption of a quality management system and the policy objectives listed. To achieve these goals the management team is directly involved in the quality management system itself. Such leadership indicates the significance of the quality management system to all employees, the company, our suppliers and our customers. The quality management system shall focus on the needs and expectations of our customers who will receive practical and quality solutions from a well-trained and helpful staff at Millennium UPS.
